Did you know that Power Cleans can improve sprint performance?

In professional strength and conditioning it has become widely accepted that certain exercises performed prior to another can have a positive impact on the performance. This is known as potentiation. Back squats are commonly used for increasing vertical jump height and sprint performance however a recent study found that POWER CLEANS surpassed back squats and resulted in greater sprint performance and improve average accelerations. With many studies now advising athletes involved in sports containing sprinting to include olympic lift variations in their training.

Note: A power clean catches at a higher position (¼ squat) but this should show exactly that…Power.
