I was particularly impressed by the amount of enrichment I received outside of what was provided on the course outline and genuinely feel as though I came out of that weekend with a valuable learning experience! Nicole is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and great fun! I'm looking forward to any future courses she runs and strongly recommend her as a tutor to anyone passionate about barbell sports and strength and conditioning!

  • review rating 5  Fantastic trainer, really supportive. Nicole's passion, dedication and knowledge in fitness, health and training is clear from day one. I have known Nicole for a long time and had training from her earlier when she first started doing training about 10 years ago and again more recently. She always designs programmes and sessions to you and is really cautious with injuries. I have had some negative experiences with other trainers between that time and them not taking my injuries into account or just not understanding them. Thank you Nicole will certainly be having even more sessions soon.
